This Sunday we begin our exploration a metaphysical perspective of Step Nine: “Made direct amends to such people whenever possible, except when to do so would injure them or others.”
The Twelve Steps (1938) and Twelve Traditions (1946) established by the founders of Alcoholics Anonymous have been successfully adopted by countless fellowships and recovery programs empowering 100's of thousands of people to recover from varying degrees of seemingly hopeless conditions of discomfort, disease, and desperation. In fact, these steps & traditions may well be the simplest, most particle spiritual tools available to assist each of us to "change our thinking in order to change our lives". This year we are engaging in a metaphysical exploration of the spiritual principles back of the 12-Steps and 12-Traditions and putting them into practical application in our everyday lives.

This Sunday we complete our exploration of a metaphysical perspective of Step Eight: “Made a list of all persons we had harmed and became willing to make amends to them all.” We'll explore why is it important to 'make a list' and begin to answer the question 'what does becoming willing even look like?".
