We often wear invisible “masks”, changing or hiding who we are for a myriad of reasons. Then we go about filling the gap, or not. Brene Brown puts it best: “Curiosity is an act of vulnerability and courage. We need to be brave enough to want to know more.” When we have a healthy curiosity about ourselves and others, we discover how to live our best lives, lead with great impact and relate in ways that are compassionate and deeply connected.
